I’m Jasmine — a triathlete, and the founder of SOLA. I built this brand from a place of lived experience: stepping into triathlon feeling unsure, overwhelmed, and wishing there was a space that felt softer, calmer, and more welcoming for women.

 

SOLA grew from that gap — a desire to create kit and community that celebrate soft strength, quiet confidence, and the courage it takes to begin. From early‑morning swims to late‑night design sessions, every part of SOLA is shaped by my belief that women deserve to feel seen, supported, and capable in this sport.

 

My mission is simple: to help every woman feel like she belongs in triathlon, exactly as she is.
